The Dubergé family has been passing on its passion and winemaking expertise for eleven generations. Christophe Dubergé, successor to his father Pierre Dubergé, owns the seventy-hectare Château Saint-Sulpice estate, located in Saint-Sulpice-et-Cameyrac, a village in the Entre-deux-Mers region, between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion.

Grape Varieties: 100% merlot
Tasting: Well marked by its aging, the Hommage vintage reveals notes of caramel as well as sweetness on the attack. The impact of the wood is itinerant and also marks the finish. When allowed to breathe, the fruit manifests itself, both on the nose and on the palate, with notes of black berries and spices. Tasty, with thick but softening tannins, Hommage du Château Saint-Sulpice can be enjoyed now or within the next two years.

Tasting: First revealing the aging, the bouquet of the Cuvée Prestige displays a beautiful complexity thanks to subtle notes of blackberries, spicy black cherries, liquorice, followed by a touch of graphite and eucalyptus. The wine is distinguished by its harmonious and elegant character on the palate. Its structure gives it a juicy touch while the soft tannins ensure a certain breadth.This promising wine, with a tasty finish, deserves a little aging.

Tasting: Château Saint-Sulpice has a deep garnet color. Still a little restrained, its bouquet reveals notes of red fruits, blackcurrant, blackberry, spices and liquorice. The palate is delicious and juicy, with velvety tannins and structuring acidity. A gourmet wine that can already be appreciated in its youth, thanks to its balance and its secondary fermentation aromas.

Tasting: Beautiful pale yellow color with emerald reflections. The cuvée prestige of Château Saint-Sulpice reveals the aging as well as fruity notes with nectarine, apricot but also notes of dried fruits. With good density, the wine displays a sweet character. It reflects the olfactory characteristics of ripe yellow fruits associated with the woody aromas of fermentation and aging in barrels with toasted aromas, perceptible until the finish. Nice length on the palate which ends with a saline touch.

Tasting: With its pale yellow and green reflections, the Esprit de Saint-Sulpice reveals notes of citrus fruits, from lemon to yellow grapefruit, which give it tension and aromatic freshness. When allowed to breathe, the bouquet invites you to discover yellow and white fruits such as fresh mango and pear. It is confirmed on the palate with a fruity, thirst-quenching character and a tangy finish.

A beautiful density on the palate where the wine displays a fresh and delicious character. The wine is juicy, tasty with a good persistence in the finish.
